In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pkr67" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pkr67.bio, operated under international gaming licence, offering sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, instant games, and related services.
• "Account" refers to the individual user account registered by a Player on pkr67, which grants access to the Platform's products and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account with pkr67.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's pkr67 Account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credit separately allocated.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Balance consisting of deposited or won funds, excluding bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Credit must be staked on eligible games before it converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to pkr67's identity verification process, including collection and verification of CNIC documentation and related personal information.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which pkr67 does not accept registrations or gameplay, as determined by pkr67 at its sole discretion and subject to change.
• "Terms" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on pkr67.

By accessing pkr67, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr67.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr67 platform, must not register an Account, and must not deposit any funds. Continued use of pkr67 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pkr67 reserves the right to require explicit re-acceptance of updated Terms as a condition of continued Account access, particularly in cases where material changes have been made to provisions governing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus structures.

To register and maintain a pkr67 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pkr67 enforces this requirement strictly and verifies age through CNIC-based KYC documentation.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, as a private individual. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or corporate/commercial registrations, are not permitted without express written agreement from pkr67.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with pkr67 or through a third-party responsible gaming scheme that includes pkr67 within its scope.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing pkr67 from a Restricted Territory. The determination of whether a territory is restricted rests solely with pkr67.

pkr67 may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkr67 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) pkr67 Account only. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration and as part of ongoing KYC compliance, pkr67 may request the following documentation:

• A clear photograph of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• A selfie or live photograph for facial matching against CNIC documentation
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction patterns trigger enhanced due diligence requirements

pkr67 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict Account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documentation submitted to pkr67 is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to pkr67 during registration and subsequently is accurate, current, and complete. Material inaccuracies in Account information — particularly name, date of birth, or CNIC number — constitute grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr67 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pkr67 recommends enabling 2FA on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.

You must not share your pkr67 login credentials with any third party. You must not permit any other individual to access or use your pkr67 Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your pkr67 Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pkr67 immediately via live chat or email. pkr67 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

All deposits to pkr67 Accounts are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). pkr67 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts held in a third party's name — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger Account review. pkr67 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

pkr67 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit found to originate from illegal or unlicensed sources will result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals from pkr67 Accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. pkr67 will not release funds to unverified Accounts.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. pkr67 reserves the right to enforce payment method matching for anti-money laundering purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for fully verified Accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard banking processing times outside pkr67's control.

pkr67 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced source of funds verification for large withdrawal amounts. This is a regulatory requirement and not a punitive measure.

pkr67 offers a range of promotional bonuses and offers to eligible Account holders, subject to the following general terms. Each specific promotion carries its own supplementary terms that Players must read before opting in.

General Bonus Principles:

• Bonus Credit is allocated separately from Real Money Balance and is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit for each offer. Unmet wagering requirements result in forfeiture of Bonus Credit at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate specified in each offer's individual terms. Sports bets may have specific minimum odds requirements.
• pkr67 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus payment where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage or hedge betting using bonus funds), or collusion with other Players.
• One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. pkr67 uses technical and manual verification to enforce this restriction.
• pkr67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed and games played on pkr67 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games. These product-specific rules are published within the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General principles governing all pkr67 gameplay:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the pkr67 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, voided, or modified by the Player after confirmation, except where pkr67 has a published cancellation policy applicable to a specific market or event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including server error, disconnection, or software fault — pkr67 will review the incident using server-side logs and resolve the matter in accordance with fair gaming standards. pkr67's determination in such cases is final.
• pkr67 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — and to refund the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant games) use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined by RNG at the moment of the relevant action (spin, card deal, etc.) and cannot be influenced by pkr67 or any third party after that moment.
• Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by human dealers. Outcomes are determined by physical events (cards drawn, ball landing position) and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr67 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use by persons under 21 years of age
• Holding more than one pkr67 Account simultaneously or consecutively under any identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund a pkr67 Account
• Any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with pkr67
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any such bugs must be reported to pkr67 immediately rather than exploited
• Systematic arbitrage or hedge betting using pkr67 Bonus Credit
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through pkr67
• Attempting to access pkr67 systems or Account data beyond your own authorised Account
• Any conduct that pkr67 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Players, or its operations

pkr67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Account holders and can be accessed directly from the Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Per-session and daily loss limits that mechanically restrict further play once the threshold is reached within the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration limits, with reminders at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals displaying session duration and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Applied immediately on request. Cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.

pkr67 will never contact a Player to encourage them to reverse a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or deposit limit reduction. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from pkr67, treat it as fraudulent.

If you believe your gaming has become problematic, pkr67 encourages you to use our self-exclusion tool and to seek help from independent support organisations. All content on the pkr67 platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game content, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pkr67 or its licensed third-party suppliers, protected by international copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr67 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkr67 content.

Game content displayed on pkr67 from third-party developers is licensed to pkr67 for distribution on the Platform. Any use of such content outside the pkr67 platform without the relevant developer's authorisation is a separate infringement of that developer's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr67's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr67 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, or device-level technical problems outside pkr67's control
• Losses arising from Player's reliance on information or content on the Platform that is demonstrably incorrect due to typographical error
• Temporary Platform unavailability for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside pkr67's reasonable control
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in processing JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer transactions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkr67's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pkr67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider
• Determination that the Player's continued use poses a risk to other Players, the Platform's integrity, or pkr67's regulatory obligations
• Regulatory direction from a competent authority

Upon Account closure by pkr67 for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable forfeited amounts will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Credit is non-refundable in all cases of Account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time via the Account settings or by contacting pkr67 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Credit, which will be forfeited upon closure.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, Account decision, or any other matter arising from your use of pkr67, you should contact pkr67 support in the first instance. pkr67's internal dispute resolution team will review the matter and provide a formal response within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint with all relevant details.

pkr67 maintains records of all game sessions, bet placements, and Account activity in server-side logs. In any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, pkr67's server-side records shall be the definitive evidence of what occurred, subject to any manifest error that pkr67's review identifies.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr67 holds its operating licence. Any unresolved dispute following pkr67's formal response may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated by pkr67's licensing authority.

pkr67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via Account notification, email to the registered address, or prominent notice on the pkr67 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of pkr67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms published on pkr67 at any given time is the current operative version. pkr67 does not maintain a public archive of superseded versions, but previous versions may be provided on reasonable written request to the pkr67 compliance team.
